Randy Sanchez - President

 Randy has been with the company for over 30 years, beginning his career as an apprentice carpenter and working his way through the ranks to superintendent, becoming a general partner in 1996. Randy oversees all aspects of the company including estimating and project management, giving his complete attention to every ongoing bid and project we undertake. His team first attitude and hands-on project delivery approach have been major contributors to our success over the years. 

Paul Gutierrez - Superintendent

  Paul began his career as a carpenter in the late 1970’s and is approaching 20 years with Marvin Collins Construction where he advanced to his current role where he has the opportunity to exercise his unparalleled problem solving skills and leadership abilities on a daily basis. Paul oversees all ongoing projects, field crews and subcontractors. His wealth of construction knowledge and years of field experience ensure our successful delivery on even the most complex projects. 

Jeff Higgins - Project Manager


Jordan Lau - Project Manager/Estimator

 

Jordan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of California – Irvine. He is involved in all aspects of project management and estimating, with a primary focus on our tenant improvement and renovation projects. His excellent work ethic and can-do attitude are an asset to our project management team. Jordan’s industry experience in project administration on the specialty contracting side and team player mentality make him a key player on the Marvin Collins team.

Adam Sanchez - Project Manager/Estimator

 

Adam has been with the company for around 10 years, beginning his career as a Laborer, garnering valuable field experience before transitioning into his current position where performs all aspects of bidding, preconstruction and project management. To bolster his field experience, Adam holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Construction Management from California State University Sacramento.

Miguel Castellanos - Project Engineer

 Miguel joined Marvin Collins Construction as a Laborer after spending several years in the Commercial Construction Industry. In addition to General Construction, he also gained extensive experience in the field of ceramic tile working as a Finisher. Today, Miguel plays a key role in our management team, assisting with all aspects of estimating and project management bringing his field experience and impeccable work ethic to the table.  

Zoraida Cortez - Project Engineer

Zoraida holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State university, Sacramento. Coming to Marvin Collins Construction from the Roofing & Waterproofing sector, Zoraida brings her specialty knowledge and her want to learn everything about our industry from the ground up. Working primarily in preconstruction, Zoraida has a bright future at MCC. 

Peggy Clemes - Accounting

 Coming to Marvin Collins Construction with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Peggy is our leader when it comes to Accounting and Administration. Peggy is a key player in our administrative team, collaborating to perform all administrative duties associated with the company including bid package preparation, contract administration, billing and payroll. She is also a notary public. 

Christina Alvarez - Accounting

 Coming to Marvin Collins Construction after spending over 10 years in the automotive industry, Christina is an excellent addition to the company. Christina is a key player in our administrative team, collaborating to perform all accounting & admin duties associated with the company including bid package preparation, contract administration, billing and payroll.  

Andrew Sanchez - Apprentice Carpenter/Field Engineer

 Andrew is a third generation employee of Marvin Collins Construction. Aside from his duties as an Apprentice Carpenter, Andrew is an asset in the shop and in the field, assisting with site logistics as well as helping to coordinate equipment and material delivery to project sites all over the San Francisco Bay Area. Andrew is currently enrolled in the Northern California Carpenters Regional Council Apprenticeship Program.
